L’ESCALA AND EMPÚRIES TRAVEL BROCHURE

In groups of 3 students, you’ll have to create a travel brochure about L’Escala or Empúries.

Things to include in your travel brochure:

1. Geographical situation, population and weather report: Brief summary of the setting:

            - Where is L’Escala?

            - How many people live there?

            - Climate: What’s the weather like in spring, summer, autumn and winter?

2. Give information about important places to visit:

            - Arts and culture: Museums and places to visit: Write a brief description of the significance of each historical location.

            - Historic sites.

            - Location: Include a detailed map of the places to visit.

3. Entertainment: Sports, theme parks, theatres, cinemas etc.

4. Food that the area is known for.

5. Festivities / holidays celebrated

6. Additional information (optional)
